Energy storage RS485 communication method - 300 megawatt-hour independent shared new energy storage project of Lianyungang Energy Group

On November 30, 2024, the project was successfully connected to the grid in Donghai County, Lianyungang City. The system solution design plan is jointly provided by Hekesen Energy and Yongtai Digital Energy. After the project is completed, it will have a peak shaving capacity of 300 megawatt-hours.

Gas detection system solutions

Application sites

  • Battery production workshop

The preparation and liquid injection processes of positive and negative electrode materials for lithium batteries may come into contact with organic solvents (such as dimethyl carbonate), and the concentration of flammable gases needs to be monitored near the coating machine and liquid injection equipment.

  • Battery vehicle charging station

If there are vehicles with faulty batteries near the charging piles, flammable gases may be released. Detectors should be deployed in the charging Spaces and distribution rooms to ensure the safety of personnel.

  • Wind power plant

Leakage of the hydraulic system inside the wind turbine tower may produce flammable gas. Detectors should be deployed in enclosed Spaces such as the nacelle and electrical control cabinet to prevent gas accumulation and accidents.

  • Photovoltaic power station

Equipment such as photovoltaic inverters and energy storage battery compartments may release hydrogen due to faults (such as thermal runaway of lithium batteries). It is necessary to install alarm devices in battery rooms and equipment rooms to monitor the hydrogen concentration in real time and prevent the risk of explosion and combustion.
