The project is expected to have a total investment of 7 billion yuan, with rich and comprehensive planning content. It is planned to build a large-megawatt intelligent wind turbine equipment manufacturing base, a large-scale shared energy storage center, a smart electrochemical energy storage equipment manufacturing base, a regional wind power energy storage operation and maintenance center, and jointly invest in the core component supporting industries of the equipment manufacturing base, etc. These functional zones collaborate with each other to form a complete new energy industry ecosystem, covering multiple key links of the new energy industry, from wind turbine equipment manufacturing to energy storage facility construction and operation and maintenance services.
During the charging and discharging process of lithium battery energy storage systems, flammable gases such as methane and carbon monoxide may be released. It is necessary to install alarm devices in the energy storage containers and battery management rooms (BMS) to link the ventilation and fire protection systems.
During the disassembly process of used batteries, flammable gases (such as electrolyte evaporation) may be released. It is necessary to install alarm devices in the disassembly assembly line and the waste gas treatment area to monitor the gas concentration.
The preparation and liquid injection processes of positive and negative electrode materials for lithium batteries may come into contact with organic solvents (such as dimethyl carbonate), and the concentration of flammable gases needs to be monitored near the coating machine and liquid injection equipment.
If there are vehicles with faulty batteries near the charging piles, flammable gases may be released. Detectors should be deployed in the charging Spaces and distribution rooms to ensure the safety of personnel.
