I. Project introduction
The Kunming Integrated pipe Corridor Spring Rain section project constructed by China 19 MCC Group is located in the Spring Rain section of the Xishan District of Kunming, starting from the People's West Road (closed West Third Ring Road) in the north to Chejiabi in the south, with a total length of 8,413 meters.The project covers the main body of the pipeline corridor, process structure, auxiliary works, electrical, environmental, fire protection, monitoring, foundation pit support, monitoring center, etc. The road upgrading project covers roads, drainage (including rain, sewage and culverts), Bridges, (overpasses, old bridge width renovation, pedestrian Bridges).
Spring Rain Road is the main traffic channel on the west side of Kunming city. The completion of the integrated pipeline corridor project will help improve the comprehensive capacity of Kunming city, improve the function of the city and citizens' travel, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the city. The integrated pipeline corridor refers to the structures and ancillary facilities built underground in the city to accommodate two or more types of urban engineering pipelines, which concentrate various municipal pipelines such as power, communication, water supply, drainage, gas and heat in one body, and implement "unified planning, unified construction and unified management" to achieve the comprehensive utilization and resource sharing of underground space.
Second, the solution
◆ The environmental monitoring solution of underground pipeline corridor is mainly composed of ASD5310 combustible gas detector, methane gas detector, ASD5100 gas alarm controller, ASD5810 gas alarm controller, environmental monitoring host and cloud platform. The solution adopts RS485 wiring mode. The connected environment monitoring host is uploaded to the cloud platform through GPRS/4G to achieve 24-hour uninterrupted online monitoring, and supports over-limit phone calls, SMS alarm, remote viewing data, historical data curve viewing and other functions.
◆ The underground pipe gallery fire monitoring solution is mainly for the environmental monitoring of gas pipelines and gas tanks. The main instruments and equipment include combustible gas concentration detection (including methane and hydrogen sulfide), carbon monoxide gas detection, oxygen concentration detection, temperature and humidity detection, etc. The gas detector is set in the gas compartment, and the combustible gas alarm system is connected, and the alarm limit is set according to the regulations; When the gas pipeline enters and exits the gas tank, an emergency cut-off valve with remote shutdown function is provided externally; Gas cabin ventilation equipment and gas alarm system linkage;
Third, installation method
The controller of the gas detector needs to be mounted on the wall of the duty room or monitoring room, about 160CM from the ground. The detector installation methods of combustible harmful gas alarm include tube installation, wall installation, bracket fixed installation and so on.
